Orders & delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
We're located in The Netherlands and ship orders from there - within 24 hours* - to all countries within the EU.
We use PostNL with track & trace** to deliver our orders, they might partner with local delivery services.
- The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- EU: 2-10 business days (the closer you are to NL, the sooner it'll be delivered).
* This may take longer during special releases, bank holidays and sale periods.
** Orders for The Netherlands containing only patches are shipped with regular postal service and don't include track & trace information.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free tracked shipping from €50 (NL) and €75 (EU). Orders with only patches for The Netherlands are always shipped for free, by regular mail without track & trace. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on products and your country. See our Shipping Policy for more info.
Where are you located and where do you ship from?
We are based in The Netherlands and also ship from there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been processed and shipped yet, you can reach out to us by using the form on our contact page to change or cancel it. If the order left our location, you can start a return and refund process.
Customers within the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period that gives consumers the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving, without needing a reason. You'll get a full refund for the order, except for shipping fees (if already shipped and paid by us to ship your order).
Returns & refunds
Do you offer returns and refunds?
We have no doubt that you’ll love our product(s), but just in case, we offer a 14-day return period. This period starts from the moment you receive your order. We’ll refund the value of the item(s), excluding possible shipping charges or duties. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange products?
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the item(s) you want and return the item(s) from the original order if needed to get a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we’ll check if they are in good condition and include possible brandtags. If so, you can expect to receive a refund within 7 business days of it reaching our location.
How do I return an order or item(s)?
Please reach out to us by using the form on our contact page. Let us know that you want to start a return and don’t forget to mention your order number and the item(s) that you want to return. We will let you know what our return address is, and you can expect a refund within 7 days after receiving the item(s) at our location.

I don't know the brand, can I trust you with my order?
We're a small business, so it's likely you haven't heard about us...yet. But let me tell you: we're legit and aren't going to "rip you off". With so many sketchy online stores, it's understandable that trust may be a concern for you. We're a legally registered business with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and offer excellent service. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you're not satisfied with your product, you can always reach out to us via the contact page. What can I fit in the backpack?
Our large 45L backpack is 50x30x30cm in dimensions and has plenty of space for all your training gear and more. There are multiple compartments and pockets to organize your stuff. The bombproof two-way zippers make it possible to open the backpack 180 degrees, allowing easy access.
Without any problems, you can bring shoes, clothing, sleeves, speedrope, chalk, a belt and/or food and drinks. Never worry again about swapping gear, based on your training and needed equipment. This backpack will hold everything you need.
